They aren't too difficult to keep, but you do need to regulate the vivarium temp, and its better for them if you provide a day/night cycle (I use a 20% UV bulb on a timer). I also mist the viv once a day with a plant mister for a bit of humidity. Gargoyle geckos are from New Caledonia, so you want to try and simulate the conditions over there. Not sure if it would be easy in a camper van.

Pop round ours sometime and you can check out our setup and we can have a chat. You're tall so Golum will love you (he loves climbing to the highest point he can get).
