Right ,

back in April I made the suggestion that I would do a BBQ at my place ( High Wycombe ) as an informal get together for the forum . Loads of people expressed an interest in getting together but I kinda let it fade away and forgot about it .............

UNTIL NOW !!

My missus has pestered the feck out of me to get a date sorted so she can meet you guys who steal me from her some weekends and most evenings on the p.c !!!!!
Lets get as many people together as possible for a few bevvies and a BBQ around mine on the 11th August ( weekend after Silverstone track day ) . I think this could be a good day for it as those of us who will have been to Silverstone will probably still be buzzin !!!

Please let me know who will be up for it as I will put it in the diary and will need an idea of numbers ( family welcome as always as my missus and little girl will be around !!!! )

I don't want this to get to a " North/South " divide thing , Oviously I want as many people as possible to go to both and I hope that guys from that little bit farther away will make the effort to come down on the 11th to make it a get together well worth reminiscing about in times to come  :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:

yeah but you can't drink.....

and its not a couple of hours at speed limits with start stop light round abouts etc.... and it took me 4 hours to get from liverpool to my hours yesterday with no traffic  :dontknow:

aye, we are all over the country so it's a difficult one really, I'd love to come down there but like you say it's a fair old distance to the sarf from up here  :crybaby2:

no probs at all I just thought that I should make a little effort for the guys up this way to get together for a run and some food  :headbang: we all spend so many hours on here but rarely meet up
