harassment to women

A man walks up to a woman in his office each day, stands very close to her, draws a large breath of air and tells her that her hair smells nice...After a week of putting up with this she goes to her boss to file a sexual harassment complaint. The boss is puzzled by this? whats sexually threatening  about a coleague telling you that your hair smells nice?......... The woman replies...  "he's a fucking dwarf, thats why" :pottytrain2:
