Hi Folks,

I just joined and thought I'd say hello. This seems like a great forum with lots of friendly people and good advice.

I've got a 2007 black zx10r that I'm currently turning into a track bike, I've only done a couple of trackdays (Cadwell Park & Knockhill) but I'm now completely addicted and I currently feel like I've gone cold turkey as my next one isn't until September when I'm off to Oulton for a day, it's nuts how it gets to you and from then on you just want to go faster and faster.

I'm up in Moray in northern Scotland, about 25 miles east of Inverness and I'll undoubtedly bump into a few of you at the tracks around the country.

  You've all been conned, because its obviously the Orange ones that are the fastest of them all, oh but then I suppose its only the 08's that come in orange......God I'm lucky      Sorry guys

i agree the black is probably faster than the green but you didnt have a titanium up there

and as i pointed out in a previous post due to the bike being black it simply sokes up more light with the only effect being it gets hot, Titanium coloured on the other hand reflects so much more of the light back keeping it cool(better for performance) and also having the added bonus that it acts like a solar sail giving the titanium ones a top end of almost light speed  ~!!!!!!!
