went for a quick ridout this afty, came to the conclusion i,m going off road riding PDQ. "Words fail me". In the space of 90 minutes i came across three drivers who must be the benchmark these numpties on the road aspire to. Idiot 1:whilst i was filtering passed slow moving traffic, he looks in his mirror and thinks "He Aint coming past" proceeds to move out right to block me, the twat!- Idiot 2: riding along 1 mile straight road , see him in side turn 800 yards away thinks to myself  "He,s seen me!"  "No he Aint" "He,s seen me" "No he aint" and guess what? yep you got it! out he pulls, a 1 mile straight for fuck,s sake. Idiot 3: was a new one to me. Same road 5mins later another straight opens up and coming towards me on my side of road a white Mercedes zig zaggin all over , wanting to play chicken with me, guess what , he won, foockin shitmeself !!!!

Perfect example of why i very rarely venture out onto our roads in this country anymore. Dunno what it is about this place, places like france and spain are mint and people look out for you, even driving off the road to let you past!

Yep, I had a similar specimen pull out on me yesterday (o er missus)

Coming around a round about and this youngish woman, looks at me, then pulls right out in front of my to cross my path, whilst I was leant right over.  I'm indicating to exit at the next road to which she is adjacent to.

I pushed the horn and kept my finger on in.



I'll never forget her face as she almost came to a stop.

She shut her eyes and braced herself for impact........................I was in a total state of disbelief.

i do about 50k a year in my job.this sort of driving dont supprise me.i put it down to foreign driving habits.

It`s a growing trend amongst drivers I`am afraid, and it`s not just bikers who get it.   Have been a Driving Instructor for 25 years this year and the standard of driving is, imho, an all time low. The amount of people who blindly pull out on me, overtake in the most dangerous of areas relying on me, as the Instructor, to take action to enable them to get by without hitting that on comeing bus

Its people attitudes Iam afraid, good people become pratts in a car, and the people that were pratts to begin with become out and out crunts, makes me  .  I know when Iam teaching Mr Chav with his cap on that once he passes any advice to safe driving will immediatly go out the window. Have had a few repeat business from these people over the years as they get 6 points within the first 2 years of driving and they are back as provisional licence holders

Untill they instigate re-testing, and make having a license seen as a privilge and not a right it will continue to get worse.

I hate people who move to the right/left to block you filtering. It does my head in! What does it matter to them if you are in front? You'll be gone in 2 seconds flat anyway.

If one of them does it to me when i'm not having a good day they can say bye bye to their wing mirror i can tell you!

You'd be suprised how they suddenly see you when the side or front of there VERY expensive car is about to get a size 10 in it!
Brunnette in london today tried it on in her 80k merc,  and soon moved sharpish!
