I've seen the future - the future is Green....

Hi there

New here.  On my 4th Kwak 4 stroke (ZXR400H2 SP, ZXR750K1, ZX9R C1 and now 06 ZX10r).

Had the last 4 years on 02 Blade 954 (hence my name), which had 152.2 at the rear. Looking forward to getting the 10 up to the same mid range power standard as the Blade, but just really enjoying the top end rushhhhhhh..... :shock: :shock:

Had it 3 weeks now, came with Carbon Akra Bolt ons, but totally standard apart from that.

Things done so far:  Stripped loads of 'junk', fitted black Sato Rearsets, fitted HEL lines, fitted HRC rear reservoir, fitted Racetech K2's (major improvement over Dunlops), fitted Renthall Grips.  Had plate confiscated by the feds!!! Done 180mph on speedo.

Things on would like to do list: Brembo master cylinder, Power Commander, TRE, full system, dyno time..... 189mph on speedo (I am told that's the max it will read???)...

Off spending some time reading old posts now....

Quick responses guys!! You know how to make the shy retiring noobs welcome :icon_thumright:

I am from West Kent.  Quite a gathering of Kwaks in our town. Few of us with 10's that ride together, about a dozen Z thou's though. 90% are GREEN. All other makes of superbikes present too....

We are quite a quick bunch (yeah yeah, heard it all before you all say  :lol: :lol:) and enjoy a good taer up down to the coast - Rye for breakie anyone??

oooohhhhh Rye.... I love Rye I use to stay at Winchelsea Bay as a kid and I have ridden down there a few times on the bike... think I will come and join you sometime when I get me bike back  :icon_thumright:

What, you mean in the caravan park??  Have friends who's parents have a caravan down there.  Private bar (and corny disco!!), very cheap booze, drinking till the last man standing. Aweful, but someones gotta do it :occasion14:

How about the roads out round the marshes and milatry canal out to Lydd????  People all over this country don't know what they are missing....

I have trainded in hythe and lydd done our northern ireland training down there and also go and play on the shooting rages... the roads do look nice.... what are the local blue light's like down there ... I am getting bike back sat night and will be running it slightly bruised for a while so will come down with the beast soon  :icon_thumright:

'blue lights' OK down that way.  It's a bit deserted as you know......

Question for you, how do I get myself some 'personal bhp' as I am feeling a bit inadequate with a big fat 0  :emb: :emb:

there you go buddy  :icon_thumright: if we like you posts then we give you a + all member can give it and usually 1 per hour from each member...

usually get them more if you give good info or jokes or stick pics of nice ladies on bikes in the NWS section but you have to post a few post before you can see that so get posting buddy...







ps its 35 just so you know what to aim for  :icon_thumright:
