Has anybody used sorrymate.com or any other personal injury firms,my nephew got knocked off his bike yesterday evening coming home from work woman in 4+4 pulled out into his lane knocking him and his bike down the road got a big wound from the top of his leg to his knee 2 inches wide about one inche,broken arm and gravel rash ambulance took 30mins to come and only left the scene hour and half after the crash waiting for another ambulance to come you would think will live out in the sticks but no warrington unbelievable.nephew is ok just having a operation on his leg to repair the wound,has anyone got a good firm to recommend cheers john

To be honest, this should be covered by your insurance claim as its not classed as fault claim and also thats what insurance is for.....check with the policy.  My father is a retired Personal Injury lawyer, and ultimately anything like this in the first instance should be investigated through the insurer!

I got  a key ring years ago at the Rawtenstall Bike Show,  that I've always kept.  The guy that gave it me was either from or Mr Mulderrig ( of surprise surprise...  

Mulderrigs Solictiors ) 0800 0523693 ( I think he's a biker himself ) anyway. to this day I still get Mail Shots from them from time to time, with details of cases they've

won, particularly, awkward or dodgey cases OR where other legal firms have failed come up with right answer.

op went fine hammy thanks just make sure that the gixerjukies know that he was screaming like a little girl last night i had to ask the nurse for some extra morphine for him and he had his mummy holding his hand all night post that for us me and his dad would be very grateful.cheers whiterabbit and kwakaholic will past it on. :icon_thumleft:
