Accept the fine. Ya agree'd just try not to do 170 everywhere. But why can we buy a missile built for the road in that case, I ask??

Be sensible and don't take the mic. But they do have to see you doing the speed after all. Rather get caught for doing something I shouldn't than something I might have.

One loophole that was exploited, was to declare that you were not the rider at the time.  You name the person who was riding (i.e. a mate), who then receives the fine.  He then has to declare who was riding, and send it back.  He states that someone else was riding (i.e. another mate) and so on.  After about 4 referals, the ticket expires because of all the time it has spent in the system, which I think is 6 months.

It is also possible to get off on medical grounds.  My missus got a letter from her GP after she got a camera ticket.  She was doing 40 in a 30 but was breaking her neck for the toilet and had a bladder infection at the time.  Sorry for the detail.  But it worked.  I got flashed by a camera, went home and phoned straight up and told them I was being chased by some lunatic with road rage, who threatened me, and that I was scared out of my wits.  Never heard a thing.

Dont give them a fucking inch I say. Never mind all the bollocks about taking it like a man.  They dont play fair, so why should we.  Its your hard earned money, why should you be a victim of a stealth tax.  Put as much pressure on the system as possible.

They check through their CCTV stuff etc.  find no sign of them & you get sent down for a couple of years on a charge of perverting the course of justice.....

best bet is string it out for 6 months, we did that, ignore first letter, wait for 2nd letter, wait till its about to expirethen write in sending their letter or a copy of it back stating that there were a number of possible drivers please supply photo evidence to assist u, then say it was a mate or the wife (obviously leaving sending the reply as long as allowed !!) who ignores first letter, they wont get a 2nd letter cuz 6 months will expire cuz they so slow and thats their legal time limit to do anything about the offense. worked for me !! or ignore everything and wait for summons and go court might find my case as a prescidense hereford may 07 v's beswick and i got off again. FUCK THEM, its a game, they've got rules too so use them against them, they wont tell u their rules so find them out !! your ticket has to (and this is set in stone by the police commisioners rule book) arrive with in 14days of the offense to the registered keeper otherwise just send it back with a letter stating why its now void. RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH !! don't pay and give in unless you are caught by the road side and then you gotta pull their heart strings, family man, drive for a living, ecomonic climate your boss is just looking for any excuse to get rid of you blar blar blar, show them some respect as they get off on it, but don't offer to suck their cock unless u were doing 180mph or pulled a wheelie after shagging his wife !!!!
