Nope that loophole was closed long ago. If you are guilty then just man up and accept it, if however you are sure you weren't speeding then contest it. Is there no chance of a speed awareness workshop instead of points or was it in Northamptonshire?

if its a speed camera dont they still have to provide photographic evidence if asked?? i know lots of folk who have got away with it by just asking that question, if there are any discrepancies on the pic at all then you can get away with it.

at the end of the day if you want to keep a clean licence,dont break the law.if you do then accept the punishment.

i have indeed,i do on occasion but when i get caught i pay,take the points and go on my merry way.just another reason to go track only  :icon_thumleft:

i was in my van just after i left horse a few weeks back.
im not worried about 3 points but just cus the job i do it can make a difference to my insurance.

Most insurence co.'s aren't too worried by SP30. When i went on a comparison site i got quotes for with and without and it made no odds
