im thinking about going down the sticker route myself, to be honest the stone marks on the belly pan are hardly noticable unless you get on your knee,s to see them so a couple of well placed stickers will easily hide them, the one on the tail piece is about 3cms long and about 1cm wide, and its right on the edge, so if i can get the right size of stickers i should be able to cover it up, its either that or a bloody expensive bill for replacment parts.

I've already tried a couple of stickers on the tailpiece , goodridge, Hel and Akky ones that came with stuff I've bought in the past. The damage you described sounds exactly like mine. The stickers were no good because of the shape of the tail piece, left creases and bubbles in them.
Trial and error to get one suitable but if I come across one I'll let you know.  :icon_thumright:

Buy new and sell the old stuff on ebay. Much cheaper than painting.
