looking good in carbon, thought about the frame protectors / swingarm cover for the 10r..........

i like the stealth gixxer, but think carbon look will look sooooo much better, you doing the tank nc30?
on the gixxer half the tank on show is metal, and half is the airbox cover. It'll be a black tank with the carbon airbox cover on it.

I like the blue/white scheme, turns heads. Gets more looks than the black one's.

Got the undertray done in my workshop/spraybooth (kitchen) I went for a Satin black. Not bad for my first time ever spraying anything lol.

got the seat fitted, not a great fit, but you get what you pay for I s'pose

this is the edge that was poor, oh well lol

Not gonna bother putting a plate on it yet, no rush.

went out today to try find the little clip that holds your brake line to your front mudguard. D&K wanted 10 quid, so came home lol

PS Methinks I need a new chain, the road salts claimed this one as a victim

Well, today I got sick of the Fi light showing, error code gave a SET valve jammed error.

so the f*cking thing went in the bin. less weight, more noise, and another 2bhp.

and if I get time tomorrow i'll be fitting these.

bit more work today.

fitted the front lines.

out with the old.

in with the new.

I've not done the rear as I'm taking the master cylinder off tomorrow to get powdercoated at work on Monday.

whilst the system was bled decided to do something about the pipe from MC to reservoir.
needed to replicate this got awful angle somehow.

off to the gas stove, and a few attempts got this. Not too bad.

then the carbon seat pod, I never showed you lot, but the LHS was a poor fit, could very easily get your fingers under the gap

some work on the boss's, bit of wet and dry and tape measure and you can see how much I had to take off the LHS boss to get the pod even.

result, much better IMO.

been out most of the day looking for somebody that sells acf50 so not got much done.

Fitted a TRE, so more power in the 1st 4 gears and the 186mph limit removed. Haven't had chance to test it but the tickover was perfect ( some give you bad tickover problems)

and changed from this

to this, +2

and the black sprocket nuts, 17 quid!!!

chains looking a little tired after this winter, really need a new one now.

and I've just removed the rear master cylinder so it can be powdercoated tomorrow, I can then fit the rear HEL line.
