Andy are you using FEBS , its to make the mix more gluey (is that a word) it helps it to bond washing up liquid does the tricj if you aint..... about a table spoons worth each mix should do it

Andy, i just saw the post......1 bag of mortar mix...18 shovels of sand...3/4 of a 5 gallon pail of water.....muriatic acid mixed 10 to 1 will get the excess mortar off the wall....i put 19,000 of them on my own house this year


but the job looks awesome...quality first...speed comes later
