recruitment
« on: October 11, 2006, 07:58:42 AM »

if anyone can find a few mins how about recruiting a few more members into here?

all is going really well thanks to you guys and I for one am really enjoying the company in here, so if you've got any like/bike minded pals bring them along to see what they think, like Glenn says it's not a ZX10R only zone.

The problem with forums is that the regular posters do get to know each other and this comes across in their posts.
When new people join, they pick up on this and find it hard to join in with the banter.

That's what I've found, anyway.

I don't know what anyone can do to stop this though.......other than be a regular poster.

well If we all stay open minded... then this should be fine......Its when people get bias'd or closed knit that people feel outcast..... Everyone is welcome as long as you like bikes, doing bikes up, and generally like the biking thing..... Its helps if you have a 10R if you don't it helps if you have a Ninja if you don't it help if you have a bike if you don't then www.barryboys.co.uk is for you

I found that until i'd met up with a few of them then attitudes changed. Shouldn't be like that though
