1st run of the year
« on: September 14, 2008, 06:46:52 PM »

went out a run with ann today and it`s this 1st time i`ve been out on the road this year to honest it`s the 1st time i`ve riden on the road for about a year and f**k me they`re bump n grimey guess i`ve been getting used to the braw smooth tracks. well ann ask if i`d go a run a see how she does this girls been doing trackdays at knockhill in the rain on her 10 and thats gotta be worth a bhp  :icon_thumright: had run up to loch earn nice and twisty all the way up and back thought a was going out for a braw wee quiet run as i wasn`t wanting to hammer the bike as it`s up for sale well i could hardly keep up and she was doing stoppies further than i can wheelie  :emb:

joking aside had a good wee run and enjoyed it not hammering it through the country side for a change and even got to see the stunning scenery bit damp in places but stayed dry how shocking is that. well hats the bike washed and tucked up in the garage for some lucky buyer.

Roxy, thanks for that, you were an absolute gentleman. Apart from when you shot past me at great speed, and left me standin.

Great to have someone to get out with who knows all about these 10's, and to get some help (my corners are a bit dodgy). Just need to put it into practice now, looking forward to getting on the track.

Got the bike booked in to Paul's, asked about the crash bobbins, and funnily enough Alison commented on "Roxy's bike", how spooky was that.

Thanks again

Roxy - Love ya dude, but please use some full stops and commas.  I always feel I need to take a deep breath before I start reading you post and try to get the end without stopping.  Ha ha  [rofl]
