Hi Bob thanks for the welcome - err yep I'd love to post a pic however I have looked and I can't seem to see how I add it to my profile..... Do I need to have had a certain number of postings before it will allow me to put pic on?
Help from you guys would be appreciated 
to add one of the small pics besde each post click ont he profile tab, then on the left hand side click on "forum profile information" then you can choose i will upload my own picture and browse to it or load one from a web page.
If you want to add a bigger picture to a post then when you are writing the reply you can click on additional options then browse to the picture on your computer. If your picture is hosted on a web site you can put the adress of it between the img markers like so
[img]http://www.mypictureishere.com/picture.jpg[/img
you should also shrink your picture to about 800x600 or 640x480 to allow it to fit properly on most peoples screens
