I am no criminal mastermind, however. If he out ran all those police cars and a helicopter, the only way they could of traced him was from the number plate. Now like I say I am no criminal mastermind, but if I was going to ride while disqualified, I wouldn't bother registering the bike to my own address DOH!

Maybe the bike was already registered to him when his licence was revoked.  It's rather an old bike after all.

It's been pointed out to  me that it was an F model ZX6, so really was a 600

Was a dickhead of monumental proportions, disqualified = no tax, no insurance and then lead the old bill on a merry dance at 130+mph - got what he deserves imo.

I do agree with you the guy is a fin twat, but remember that we are almost all without insurance for a good bit of our riding, if you break the speed limit you are technically not insured should something happen so ........


also, how many of us would dearly love to try and outrun the police for a laugh but are just too damned sensible

we do all speed but if I hit someone my insurance would pay out. I have no desire to outrun the police, if I want a race I will go to the track. The road is definately not the place.

I would love to out run police just dont have the balls   I still think 15 months is a little harsh considering you would probably get less time for jumping up and down on someones head outside a nightclub.

jail is complete crap......community service, re training, re take his licence and maximum 125cc for 12 months a better course of action...jail for this is shite....

yeah it was bad and yeah he was a bit of a wanker but puts himself at risk more I think than other road users I think. what a waste of our money!
