And none of this namby pamby body armour.

and there was me trhinking I was the only one with an XJ550 Yam was back in ahem....... the 80's 

yes and jeans, trainers and a paddock jacket or might it have been tassled leather and I nearly forgot.............. hair 


but times have moved on and safety is more important then ever, what with so much traffic, generally higher speeds and well it's just not right to to wear leathers really

I bought my XJ550 new,it was an X reg in Black!!

Those Xj's were a pretty reliable despatch bike along with the maggot ans GS850's 

I had a GPz6 too - with a Vance & Hines pipe and megacycle cams
