not any more..pain back with a vengeance....each day i move on of this i am sure...each day i am recovering from   the minor injuries...wont be long before I can get out...but docotrs told me no riding and no driving until I have been in touch with the dvla and my insurance companies etc...I will have a disabled badge..ooh isnt that good...

did it spasms stayed away enough for me to sleepa bit and WITHOUT drugs...yippeeeeeee.....am truly on the mend well from the bits that will mend anyway....just got to wait for the bruises on my back my sides and the front  to go so I can sleep comfortably on one of the afformentioned sides.  but feeling good that another milestone reached...and my dog, barney, of all things has shown me how to reduce the spasms...by scratching him last night I noticed that my spasms went away...can you believe that...so funny...he gets to have a good scratch I get rid of days of pain....I love my little dog....
