gb,,,,,,,that sounds like you are very fit,after the third day,my arse.
i was knackerd after the first session,not day.it got better but not enough.

hows the recoup coming.

Its not hard just sitting on the bike though, its when you start hanging off the bike like a monkey it starts getting tiring  [rofl]

try hanging off when you're over 18st now that is knackering and I aint fit at all in fact got Pembrey tomorrow and pretty sure I'm going to be very very knackered

I actually find hanging of the bike far more economical on the energy levels, ( altough a hip injury keeps me more upright on the bike than i would choose.)leaning into negative G,s takes less effort i find. If you are tense on the bike, this will sapp energy levels. :icon_thumleft:

well me beening fit as fook,an all................trackdays Phat............me i can do 24hrs back to back.............................once i road from blackpool to preston with no stops at at all....................................... :tongue3: :tongue3:

this year me and some mates are doing the BIG one....................start of in lancaster then of to devils ...............................this is an Allmighty 40 mile trip.........not to be taken litely ...............no stops for bacon buttys or nothing just straight though ...........................only for the big guys this one.................................. :headbang: :headbang:

I think it foolish to attempt a trip of this sort of magnitude without prior specialist training ,and to attempt it without any back-up or support. :shock: reeks of failure, count me out buddy! [rofl]

Always totally fooked after a trackday, usually my legs ache like a bitch the next day

The worst was a couple of years ago at Silver GP, it was 35+ Degrees C, nearly fell of the bike when getting back to the garage, thought i was quite fit as i was then playing football 3 times a week and going to the gym  :emb: :emb:
