A steady ride out
« on: May 08, 2008, 09:20:08 AM »

Last night was to good to miss, draged to old bus out and went for a pootle with Andy J, Dave Fox and and some of the boys from the site round Bala, think we did around 130 miles.
Notable things........
Daves self control, he was running in the FZR so was keeping around the 65 mark.
Andys wheels don't look quite so pink in real life.
ZX10 seat pods are totaly unpredictable when they come off on the move.
Its interesting how steady people ride when the fuel light comes on
Some people have to pee much more than others  [rofl]
It was a pleasure to ride out with people with no pretence about them, just funny, crackin blokes.
Its a long time since I was out on the roads, so thanks guys it was ace and I can't wait for the next one.

have to say tho forgetting to bring a clear visor will never happen again, riding through deepest darkest wales with a tinted visor was prob one of the worset experience's this year so far

and yes i cant help my bladder being the size of thimble but hay nevermind, atleast it gave something for everyone to joke about  [rofl]

as for andy AKA bunny well am sure a lesson was learn't, not for bunny for anyone behind him to watch out for flying brown pooie plastic  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

well, what can I say  [whistle]

firstly, I really enjoyed and especially as it was mostly as sensible speed which was good  :icon_thumright:

I haven't laughed so much in ages so thanks to everyone for that  [rofl]

Hang on I think I need a piss  [whistle] [rofl]

I do have a few points  [whistle]

Chris, where are the pictures ? and I have to admit that your bike has a fact that is somewhat unknown on the forum  [whistle]
yes it is one year older than mine and has 1000 less miles on it !  bring on the pisstaking (well it might get me off the hook, ok so maybe not, did I hear someone shout "pink tosser" from the back  [whistle] [rofl]

Bunny, if you ever throw a brown plastic piece at me again you're for it  :boxing:  but fuck me it made me laugh until my sides hurt,  [rofl] [rofl] it literally was just like dodging a Rabbit and it even made me run for the first time this year to retrieve it from the road for you as I was concerned that a car might come around the bend and smash it into a million pieces  :tongue3:  Oh yes we all blame you for making us get back really late because of your failure to fill up with fuel  [whistle] and don't make excuses it was all your fault [naughty]

Martyn (Bloomers), nice to meet you and get posting on here yer fucker, the CBR does look nice and that blue always goes down a treat  :icon_thumright:  aren't bloomers womens knickers, sort of big ones  [whistle] [rofl]

Dave, well Dave what can I say, well you did real good and kept the speed down so you are awarded a medal of the highest order
and the oil worker pisstakes from Bunny went down well  [rofl] and the Yam is still nice I suppose  [whistle] [rofl]

Phil, well are those 'busa's supposed to wheelie  [naughty] come on you are supposed to be setting an example. Really good to see you out road riding again and keep coming out for runs mid week it's fun and reasonably sensible too  :icon_thumright:  oh and were you the only one who's Mum phoned them whilst we were out  [whistle] [rofl]

all in all I had a bloody freat time thanks to you lot so thanks for coming out for the run, personally I like the mid week runs as the roads are clear of traffic which saves risks of trying to keep together etc and there are few police to bother us etc. Meyself and Dave have ridden mid week for years and it's good fun, aye it gets dark etc but it is good for a laugh too if there are a few 'nutter's which is all of you lot

enought typing for me for now  :tongue3:

oh and I forgot to apologise for the high speed pass when I waited for Chris to put his earplugs in and let you all go on ahead  [whistle] I just couldn't resist it  :pottytrain2:

and and apologies to Chris and Martyn for my pass over Llandegla, I love it over there and found a few hard braking moments behind you guys prob due to those dark visors and nighttime  [whistle] [naughty]

and and and..........................the headlights, yes those bulbs are wank I'm changing them ASAP  :icon_thumright:

a couple of pics

Dave, Martyn, Bunny and Phil - I even remember whgat they were saying, it was along the lines of............

"well yeh Andy's wheels look really nice and they are red, strange how he's never mentioned that we all have pink on our leathers, Yeah says Bunny but I ain't got any pink on mine though, but better make sure I secure that seat hump before we leave here"   [whistle]

and

.you're thinking, where's Chris then ?   well...........here he is  after he was told to go and stand int he corner for having so few miles on his bike  [whistle]  yes I was banished to the same place too  [rofl] [rofl]
