Remember seeing this guy on record breakers years ago. There was an article on him in this monts Soldier magazine at work, he's still bloody going!!

Recording Sheet - Fitness Endurance Challenges Achieved By Paddy Doyle.

Most back hands push ups 1,940 in 1 hr (Former record of 1,781 was held by Doug Pruden of canada on 8th July 2005).

Most Circuit Training Squats 4,708 in 1hr ( Former record of 4,656 was held by Attila Horvarth of Hungary on 30th Jan 2002).

Most Martial Arts Kicks 5,750 in 1hr ( Former record of 5,545 was held by Ron Sarchian of USA on 16th June 2006 ).
