If you want to ride to and from the track then just leave it as it is really.

with that sort of bike i would take off all the road gear, i.e fairing,lights,horn,switches,pillon foot rests ect stick it all on ebay
buy a race fairing and a cheap trailer and go do some track time.
trouble is if you ride your bike to a track its sods law you`ll crash and wont be able to ride it home.
