If it's similar to our filtering system in work then I think you'll find it will block content from the url, so even an iFrame will be blocked as well.

Not sure and it's worth a try, but that's how ours work.

Youtube is blocked on ours and any site that has an embedded Youtube linked video will also be blocked but the rest of the webpage won't.

We have a similar blocking system on mobile phones and that will block out any mobile phone data fed from any of the banned websites.

I could still temp get around it , register a different domain put a virtual server on my server to point to the same folder then put a webpage on another server with and embedded Iframe ... that might work

Sounds plausable, but I would keep to the simpler route first, you may not need to go down that route, depending on how the Web Filtering is set up where he works.

I would try the iFrame first, as that may fix it (have my doubts, but you never know) and it then means that you won't need to go to the hassle of setting up the virual server and linking it etc.
