First of all optimize/resize them to roughly 600 pixels width you can do this with paint on windows..
This can Be found in the start menu>accessories>paint.
Open the image in paint then select the
image link at the top you will see a drop down.
you want the
stretch/skew link.. It will say stretch 100% well just reduce these buy equal amounts. For Ex if the image is 1000 px X 600px then just stretch 50%
And this will reduce the size.
Then upload the image to where you need to host it. Whether its image shack or something similar.
Then just use the image button in the post form. This will give you the img tags like this
[ img ] [ /img ] if you can now view the image online just right click on the image so you can view the link properties like this
