If it's the stuff I've seen on one of those invention programmes,then it has a similar consistency as custard powder/cornflour when mixed with water.

Try it, you can gently move it about in a jug, but put a spoon in and try and stir it vigourously and it will go almost hard and as soon as you stop it goes back to it's fluid form.

The tried it out in a bullet proof vest in America and although it stopped penetration by the projectile, it was to heavy to wear everyday.  The American military were considering issuing it to their troops if they could manage to get the weight of it down.

if you look closely there's some on the backside of the shovel too  so in effect the shovel has a sponge covering on it  bloody cheats
