too big and heavy for a beginner trackbike in my eyes  :dontknow: you want summit nible like a 600 of any sort or a modern ish litre bike that weighs as much as a 600  :icon_thumleft:

Oh dear Andy...them green eyed monsters are bastards!

Your not the only one who doesn't have a track bike...going on my recent tumble it would appear I can ride my road bike round a track and not have any probs but put it on the road and I drop it at 15mph.  [rofl]

Perhaps I should get a road bike for the track, and track bike for the road? Erm...hey...what....confused!

Defo looking though...want a k4 750 or 1000.  But if a good deal comes my way I'll be interested in anything.

He said he would take 2900 or 3100 with spare wheels.

The bike look mint and its got all the kit apart from a slipper clutch thats why i didnt buy it.

Did you got and look at it?  Sounds a good price....may ask about the spare wheels?

Slipper clutch? Still lost on me that one....

slips the spockets (gear change) in smoothly for you and stops rear wheel lock ups on down changes ..... you have one on your zx10r ... thats why you can brake really late easily  :icon_thumright:

sorry g doesnt affect the sprocket action, it only works on down shift, it has rollers inside and when the force is too much, I.E. changing down to 2nd to early then the rollers move stopping the clutch from locking up
