I use the throw away ones, I get them through my job. I was going to get molded ones this year but never got round to it. I think Hammy has a pair.

i do, generaly use the soft throw away ones, laser light i think
they called. fruit salad coloured.
I use exactly the same ones - got a huge box of them  :icon_thumright:  Have been thinking about getting some custom made ones done though.  I think that some branches of spec savers do them now, anybody had them made there?

A lot of the noise boys in my industry use them with filters so it protects but they can still hear.

Got 2 pairs done by Anton in Poole. Worth every penny. The options are far better. You can have them coloured, clear, clean, with cords, with filters, with earphones built in. It goes on. He'll be at the NEC so give him a go.
Strange sensation when they mould them though! They fill a syringe with this 2 pack blue goo and pump it into your ear. They wait 5mins and they have the mould.
There are a couple different companies doing them at the show. 1 does them straight off as the first fill they do is the one you get, but I went for Anton as he is fairly close to me and he gives a 5 year guarentee on them not fitting!

I'm with you there pal, i only use them on the bike so can't see the need to have the expensive type. however, if I work in a noisy environment I'd definitely have a pair  :icon_thumright:

Selective hearing for the missus, yep we've all got that  :icon_thumright:  [rofl]

Get them corded then you won't lose the sodding thing!  [naughty]
Filters are ok, but I can still hear people with mine in so I personally wouldn't bother. Not if you're going to use the same ones on the bike as well.
