track settings

can anyone help me with track settings for the suspension on my 2004 zx10r?not done a track day on it yet and dont even know if it is set as standard currently.cheers boys

have you had your bike set up for you...... for the road if yes then should be fine for the track..... the settings on standard sussy are not far apart from road to track ..

If you haven't had it set up then you should you will notice a massive difference  :icon_thumright:

Had the settings done on mine at Silverstone, fucking fifty mind, but still, transformed the bike and got good feedback from the tyres which is what you want ain't it?

Preload 5 rings showing
comp 5
rebound 3

sag (std)
Comp 3 1/2
Rebound 1 3/4

Your sag may differ depending how fat /thin you are . I'm about 78kg
That should be a good starting point.
