so then does any one overtake on single or double whites?

managed to get out for 2hrs today inbetween the showers ( a jet ski would be more use in some of my local villages at the mo!)

was heading down one of my usual routes and came up behind a blade and a TL1000,  i was a bit quiker than them in the corners ( now not by much but i was having to slow slightly im no rossi ).

so the next straight bit i went passed them and gave em the thunbs up as a 'howya, hello 'or what ever. i gapped them and went round a car and a lorry, about three mins later i came up to a van and it was a double white stretch so i slowed and waited, the two riders who id passed came flying past overtaking on the double whites just to get by.

i waited and the went round the van and carried on at my regular pace , caught them and passed again. then they did the same thing again!

now i know there is a lot of macho bullshyt with bikes but to me that was blatently stupid, jst because i passed them they had
to pass me at all costs!

ive been told that you can overtake to pass slow moving agricultural vehicles,
but realy need to check first .

oh yea i'd be raging myself, i wouldnt do it myself as im  not  that dense
ive herd of other people doing it though. it was only suggested in jest as a joke!
