Its the big bike rally to raise awareness to Diesel drivers who overfill or spill it over the road...especially on bends, roundabouts etc!

I did one not last year, year before....was f00king ace....bit manic but different...from ace cafe through london! Was a litte more convienent then, was only in Peterborough!

I thought this year had happened?  Was forecast for May?  Check the webby....killspills.org or something!

Yep I saw the may one, they went from london up to donny. I mate asked if I was going in september and I couldn't find anything on their website. Maybe my mate has been smoking his socks and got teh dates wrong.

Aye, it was in May.

I did last year, was amazing to be part of the unofficial 7000 or so bikes taking over London, bouncing off the limiter outside Buck House and blocking Westminister off as well.

They did a meeting point at 7.30 (I think) at Westminister then up to Donny for the bikefest that the BMF were holding.  I didn't do this years event as I had other commitments.

It was the same day that Jon177 was crashing testing the new ZX6R at Mallory if that's any help.

So only once a year . Oh well will have to wait. I see they posted stats re what bikes etc and the R1 was the most represented with 20 bikes. Gues we'll have to show them next year and also hand out loads of ZX10R forum stickers  :headbang:

http://www.killspills.org.uk/

The most popular manufacturer was Suzuki with 140 bikes, followed by Honda with 111 bikes and Yamaha at 78. The most popular litre bike was the YZF R1 with 20 taking part. The oldest bikes were 27 years old and the youngest any one of the 33 2007 bikes taking to the track. The combined age of all bikes taking part in the event was a staggering 2,701 years
