I'm Pete, old enough to be Uncle Pete to most folks. I've recently bought a1989 ZX10B Tomcat in what looks to be ok-ish condition for its age, and found this forum during my search for bits, info and good company to stop me whimpering in case I've bought a pup rather than a cat.
My other bike is a '93 Enfield Bullet 500, bought new but not used in 11 years. Another restoration project, but probably too tame for present company. Don't know where any of you are, but I'm from the Edinburgh area and looking forward to whizzing around the scenery again with my brother who has a 1200cc Guzzi. Need a few little bits for the Cat first, though, if anyone can help.
My last Kawasaki was a'79 Z500 that I rebuilt after the engine blew up going through Birmingham on the M6 during one of the hottest summers on record ('83 or they're abouts). Lovely bike but no tourer.
Also looking forward to getting to know some of you good folks.
