Ok so I have already put an admin post up....

but here is a personal post... when I found that the forum had broke and the thought of loosing 7 years of posts and invaluable information dawned on me I actually was quite sad..

I was all ready to throw in the towel and give in but so many of you had been posting to me or via social media that you missed the forum so I pulled out all the stops

I have now set this up with nightly backups so the same issue wont happen again , I have the forum running on a separate server all on its own with fresh install of new software ... basically is all shiney and should last at least another 7 years

it does mean that its coming out of my pocket this new server so if anyone fancies the odd donation here and there I shall happily accept  :emb:

on a personal note I am glad the forum lives

Welcome back ZX10r Forum, I don't post so much nowadays but I do look in and read posts most days and it's been strange not being able to do that.

Your a top bloke, well done mate I thought it had gone forever. I for 1 don't mind paying a subscription to keep the forum I don't believe you should foot the bill yourself. Even if it's on a donation basis & only a few of us cocontribute. Post your PayPal account & folks can make a donation. [clap] [clap]
