hi, im off to france and spain soon, does anyone know if its still law that you have to carry breath test kits with you as I cant find it any where

Off to the ring Friday and the old froggies have relented on the breath kits it law to carry them but not enforceable anymore with a fine nor the hi fiz I just carry one just incase you brake down
