Just had my Scorpion can powder coated, I think it looks a lot better than the polished stainless finished?

Looks good mate,

There are 2 grades of powder coat,
I had it done on my slabside years ago. When the can got really hot the coat when soft and dripped on the wheel.

It was baked on at 250 C, so it should be good for the temperature the can gets. Went for a run yesterday and no ill effects yet. Fingers crossed!

Looks good - but it WILL go bad, even at 250 C the gasses coming out out 8k+ rpm are a lot lot hotter than that and will cause it to peel.
