« on: January 30, 2011, 05:51:53 PM »

Anybody heard of Zumatex armour? (shoulder elbow protectors etc).
Does anybody know anything about Zumatex? Reviews, personal experience, anything at all?

I scored a bargain textile jacket from a site similar to ebay (hood.de).
Its made by a company called "Germas" and the quality is absolutely top notch.
Unlike a lot of stuff available out there this gear is actually made in Germany and should have cost 190 quid. I got it brand new for 40 notes
The only ? is the armour from this firm Zumatex. Now, its probably 100% OK, especially as it is e marked. I guess this stuff has to pass certain tests to even be called armour these days.
Anyhoo, for the time being Ive nicked my Knox armour out of another jacket  :glasses9:
