Polishing headlight plastics
« on: November 07, 2010, 08:12:01 AM »

Hey All,
Got a few surface scratches on my headlight lens. Nothing severe just normal swirls n stuff that these things tend to accumulate over time.
Has anybody successfully managed to polish scratches out of plastics like this?
If you have can you give us a run down of polish used/method etc?

Its not effecting the lighting in any way but its one of those things that "I know is there even if others dont" kinda thing.
As the rest of the bike is getting a make-over I may as well use my time while shes off the road to tweak a few other bits too.
