left a complaint on the met police website,don't expect to hear from them though.Premier Inn wouldn't let us see the tape.Only the police.The Cops we flagged down were ok,watched the footage,reported the reg of the van,not much else they could do I suppose,the To**ers will have been long gone.

Don't think that would work as the scumbags have more rights than we do and we would not be able under the data protection act, as I understand it, to show the footage on the net.I fully intend to ask the insurance company about it though.Thanks to all of you for responding.

that pisses me off,
few months ago they stopped me for "drifting" on a round abound  in the car! and as soon as he heard my foreign accent he told me to get of the car and kept me for more then 30 minutes.first question was if the car was mine-we all know they can check it instantly online. then few strange comments type: in this country we dont do that... we wont tolerate that...u know what i mean.I fucking live here fore more than 5 years and pay my taxes, and they treat me like that. no mention i wasn't drifting-i 2 liter diesel engine in Peugeot 407 is possible however needs a lot of effort,  
no wonder they needed so much time to get to u mate
and i feel sorry for u because we all love our bikes even if they are only bikes they are our pride and joy.
simple words:
They waste time for shit like that instead of dealing with real crimes!!!!!

Sorry to hear that mate something similar happened to me  , police arrived a few hours later basicly said you'll never see that again. Did'nt see or hear from the police either again, seems motorcycles are'nt high on their agenda unless your'e speeding
