I know there are a few topics about cams for bike, but I'm looking specifically at buying one of these ContourHDs.

Anyone out there got one, & how are you fixing it to your bike? Or do you have a helmet mount?

I've got the 1080p ContourHD. Quality of camera and picture is awsome! I'm just using the sticky pad thats comes with it on the side of my helmet and all is well. Was a bit worried at first about it coming off but its solid as a rock. Not sure about using the pad to mount it on the bike itself unless you want it there for good, obviously the camera separates from the sticking mount but not sure if it would damage the paint when it came to taking it off. Hope thats helped a bit, if not I had a good waffle anyway

Nice one  I saw the sticky pad set up, but don't want it permanently on the bike or helmet.

Looking at getting the universal mount adaptor...& then a tank mount like this:

  was the first one that came up in the google search when I was after an image.....is that the same for all these types?
