Hi Paul

Disapointed that it's still a normal firing order inline 4 to be honest. (sounds normal to me!)

Kawasaki have surrounded the 08 in bullshit since day 1
still says pressure cast wheels on the 08/09/10 which where never used in production (they where 5 spokes) but the crap is still in the brochure even though they used the 06/07 wheels on the production bike.

sorry for sidetracking but don't like their Bullshit in the last few years.

They also say for the 2010 model (All new ZX10!) like feck it is
ridden a 2010 and no way was the gearchange smoother than my 09 and the only improvement is the inner fairing is a bit neater from the seated position and the dyno runs i have been at proved there is no more power and even less torque!

It will have to be a fair bit better than the BMW to get anywhere in my view and Kawasaki really don't have the money at this point in time and have definately not put in enough R&D time for whatever they are making for it to work.

Regards
Rick

Being an ex owner of amn 09 R1 a traditional 4 pot is a much better ride in my opinion. The exhuast not was awesome but just an awful low speed  around town ride.

If Kawasaki did make a big bang style engine but made the ride better it would be an awesome tool.

well the BMW is traditional firing order and there doesnt seem to be too much wrong with that. It would seem, like the BM, electrickery is the way to go to get the best from litre bikes these days. To be honest though, it wouldnt bother me if it was no quicker than the 08 bike I had, but if it looks even half as good as the concept art count me in :)
