yeah, that is just like i have, I am no more active now than i was 22 weeks ago so it shows how much my overweightness was due to my food type intake

im glad ur feeling good mate, i used to train twice a day 6 days aweek and built myself up to nearly 14 stone, now ive stopped im finding it hard to keep my little belly ehem ehem from getting bigger and also lost a stone in weight?? go figure,,

I did say that, but it was tongue in cheek to be honest........Yes I would love to lose weight and not change my lifestyle / eating habits.  I have a pretty physical job, but I just dont eat properly, so its finding the initial motivation to give up the bad food, and stay off it without giving in to temptation.  A bit like giving up smoking I suppose. 

As much as I would love to sit around and lose weight, I know there is a bit more to it than that  .  Cheers guys.

How do all, weigh'd in today and am now down to 13 stone 1 lb

so in total have now lost 47 lbs (3 stone 5 lbs)
