HI GUYS I ORDERD SOME BITS FROM MOTO RACING ON THE 17/07/09 AND THEY STILL AINT ARRIVED. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VIA E-MAIL A FEW TIME'S EVERY WEEK BUT NO REPLY  I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO CALL THEM BUT NO ANSWER. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD EVER USED THEM BEFORE AND DID YOUR BITS EVER ARRIVE ? OR DID U GET RIPPED OFF SEEMS LIKE I HAVE BEEN ?

Did you pay by credit card, if so lodge a complaint with them and get your money back; also lodge a complaint with your local trading standards..

IIRC moto-R only order when they have enough orders in history to order a bulk load of an item. So say you ordered a set of EBC pads or summit ... They will only buy them, themselves when they have enough compiled for a discounted bulk order.

However they dont tell you this.

Plenty on 9R forums have dealt with these and now no one even bothers with 'em.

You wont ever gt through on phone and wont get any replys no matter what you try.

this 'company' needs reporting to trading standards, from what I have read their website needs to be closed ASAP.

surely someone must have reported them by now or perhaps it's a someone else must have done syndrome

I ordered from them last year, but took the option of giving card details over the phone. I wanted to make sure they had the parts in stock first. They never phoned me back to take those details . I also tried to ring them a few times, but gave up. Last tiome I looked, my order was still outstanding. Pretty poor way to do service I'd say.

They will arrive buddy used them a couple of times think its 2 guys in a shed they do take a while and you cant contact them fucking useless to be honest but quite cheap ! if it was a credit card do a chargeback
