The points to prove were that you were in fact driving a motorcycle on a road without Due Care & Attention,

This covers a whole aspect of different situations and includes road conditions, speed, traffic, pedestrians, time of day, but first and foremost what you were doing.

I don't now your experience, the location or what in fact you were doing but you have to go into court and paint the magistrates a mental picture which will no doubt be different to what the police officers perceived to have seen, were there 1 PC or 2! whats his experience, Traffic Cop or beat bobby?

The PC will use big words and should give what is stated above, i.e enough details to paint a picture and show what you were doing was not in keeping with the conditions at the time.

You need to undo this and discredit the info IF you feel you can without making yourself look a coc*  and the evidence provided is in fact a little over the top which it may be to get the point across, not saying they will falsify, they will just describe it far better than most joe public can.
