ok, cheers bro.lol.I can safely say i feel a tit to say the least. It happend thursday avi as i went out for a quick blast for an hour as the weather was decent for once. Filled up with fuel then proceeded down the A38 towards Plymouth at a sensible speed of 70 as cars were flashing, so i took it at as a speed camera was close by, sure enough around the corner there was one, so with my delight as soon as i passed it i dropped it into second opened her up till the orange light was winking at me quickshifted into third around about 120 ish and all of a sudden the bike died on me, confused at this i rolled to a stop, tried to start bike and nothing, still had lights, indicators, display,ect so initially i thought id blown the engine as never broke down before, called recovery, taken to local bike garage, left overnight and he rang me first thing to tell me the kill switch was on
, now that was the last thing on my mind as ive never touched it before and its pretty hard to do it riding normally unless you physically move your hand vertually off the throttle and with the quick shifter i just keep it pinned. All i can put it down to is when i filled up with fuel i could have brushed my glove over it so it was neither on or off and then as i opened it up to the rev limiter the vibrations switched it to kill. feel a twat and mates are taking great delight, but in a way im happy as bike is fine. I will certainly look for that in the future.
