If it's of any help my dealer recommended no more then 6000 revs whilst running in, takes you to around a ton anyway.  Early days I know but how are you getting on with the standard fit tyres? they seem okay to me so far.

yeah thats what i'd sort of settled on around 6 ish  with regards to tyres only done about 40 miles so cant really comment yet but they seem ok

Yep sure did Horse, put a first ride report in the Zx10r Waffle forum. So far so go, just need to finish running it in and the weather to pick up a bit. Sod's law really, ordered it in the week of sunshine take delivery in the week of rain snow and wind    Still life can only get better from here on in
