How about 11am from here on Sunday to llandegla for the 11 mile red route and then the 8 mile blue after a rest if we feel up to it ?

Been thinking about getting back on pedal power to try and lose my " now world famous " moobs - Missus keeps taking the piss  :shock:

Just a good old mountain bike would do me though - none of this flash stuff  [pray]

Si, there's a huge difference between cheap and decent though in the way they ride and therefore the enjoyment, do it pal  :headbang:
