My Dad has decided to sell his Honda NS400R. Unfortunately health and age has got the better of him. He has owned the bike from new, it's on a D reg 86 I think. Completley standard, 9900 miles with a years tax& MOT. There are a couple of small scratches on the right side where he slipped in a car park and had to lower bike to the ground. Otherwise other then some general ageing to some of the ally parts it is in pretty good condition. Problem is there are not many for sale so no real idea of price. Seem to be getting quite collectable, have seen one up for nearly 4K 
Anyone who can give any idea on value would be much appreciated. Bike is located just outside Southampton if anyone is interested. Many Thanks

Funny I put a search on ebay for one of those earlier. None there though.

That's a very clean example that and one owner too. I'd be tempted to start off at 3750 and see how it goes; there's one on Autotrader C reg with 13 000 km in a dealers for 3500
