 This farmer had a talking Dog and asked him one day

" Fred... go up top field and round them Sheep up "

"ok" said Fred..

Two hours later Fred came back to the Farmer.

" How many was there Fred?"

"40"  said Fred.

Farmer replied " there was only 38 this morning?"

Fred replied " you told me to round them up?"
