the carbon fevers been and gone i've managed to get rid of all the black plastic except the v piece. Its the Ohlins bug now. I've got the rear shock and am trying to convince the other half that I NEED the forks

Been there with that one. Spent a fortune on my 996SPS fitting ohlins forks and radial conversion. Did learn from it tough `cos when i bought the 1098 i decided to "bite the bullet" and get the "S" version.

very nice. unfortunatley there isn't an s version of the 848 and the 1098 would be waisted on me so the only option I had was to make my own + it means I can get it how I want it instead of having a showroom spec model. (having a wife working in a Ducati dealers helps LOL)
