Advice needed please

It's my birthday on the 18th of Feb and the missus has asked for some ideas and I'm stumped. Knowing the budget I can't ask for a new bike.

Any ideas, something for my bike?

Was thinking
Gilles chain adjuster
or
PCIII( I see some one has one for sale on here for a good price)

any other ideas?

What model bike? Got a full titanium Akra system for an 06/07 that i was going to put on ebay in a month or so.
