As the title says, I think I have found the secret....... Loose weight,lol

have been on bit of a diet as at the end of last autumn I was 15st 12lbs and feeling s**t. My missus had lost 2st on this Slimming World diet so I gave it a go!
I just ate what she put in front of me and so far am down to 14st 4lbs and feel much better. However leathers now too big, but on board the 10 is revelation, easier to move and feel the bike more, so all in all, result.
Should be even better if I can get under 14st, but may have to drop the beer all together for that

Well done, keep it up, set yourself a goal and then treat yourself to a new set of leathers when you reach it.    Personally I can't go above 11st 5lbs as I can't afford a new set, yes it does help being trim for riding a bike.

i used to be 14st 7lb in oct time last year and felt tired, looked awful, and generally didnt feel good , then i started gym and swimming, cut out the crap in my diet , slowed down on the beer a bit and now 3 months or so later im 14st .........and feel tired, look awful, and generally feel crap
